This course will show you how you can use your own voice during this time of uncertainty. Many of us are feeling panicky and anxious about the future and grief and loss about the past. Sound, in particular your own voice, can be an effective and simple way to find relief during these unstable times as it has the power to bring you back into the peaceful present moment (which is the only thing that is "known"), to release happy and relaxing hormones AND to relax the brain within a few minutes.
