Sound Nutrition Workshop

I have shared what I know about these bowls with expectant couples and birth professionals and now it's time to share this info with everyone else who is drawn to these transformational tools. The "Sound Nutrition" Workshop is me letting loose and sharing everything I have learnt over the last 7 years about sound and crystal singing bowls in one hit!
My dream for you is that you can also use one of these awesomely powerful tools in your life in whatever way you choose ... to re-connect with yourself, to bring peace to a stressful situation, to manifest your heart's desires, to bring your body back into balance, to add extra joy to your workshops (if you run them) or private sessions you may have with people and whatever else we can come up with!! I can think of a way to use a crystal singing bowl in most situations, so bring it on! Share with me what you do in your everyday life and I'm sure I'll come up with a brilliant idea on how you could incorporate a bowl!
You will get to play all of my bowls so you can find out which size you resonate with most. I will teach you how to play the bowl and take care of it. I will show you how to cleanse you bowl and how to manifest with it. You will also learn how to use your beautiful voice with it! And I will give you ideas on how to use your bowl at home and in the work that you do.
This workshop is perfect for teachers, workshop facilitators, therapists, yoga teachers, health professionals, birth professionals. Mothers, Fathers, people who are unwell or lacking in energy and anyone interested in the use of SOUND as a therapeutic tool.
Expectant Couples welcome too as we will cover the SoundBirth tools too!
NO MUSICAL BACKGROUND NECESSARY!!! Even if you think you can't sing or that you don't have a musical bone in your body or that people will run a thousand miles away if you play an instrument ... this workshop will be perfect for you!
